We have recently completed a Modern G+4 condominium building, thoughtfully designed to offer a variety of living spaces for diverse needs. The building features four unique apartments on each floor: one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units, each with spacious living areas and a contemporary kitchen. Residents enjoy access to well-designed shared amenities, including a children’s playground, a commercial center for convenient shopping, and an on-site mosque. This project reflects our commitment to creating functional, comfortable, and community-oriented living spaces that cater to a modern lifestyle.
